Hi, I think what you refer to as 发酵粉 is 泡打粉 or baking powder instead of yeast, but the meaning of the Chinese translation 发酵粉 is a little bit confusing between baking powder 泡打粉 and yeast 酵母粉。

I don't know, always many people ask me what I used in France. It's in fact baking powder for this recipe but in France we called it : yeast powder

Yes I will publish each week a new recipe. Unfortunately, my grandma died in 2010, and now I shared the story in china
