    180 g greek yogurt
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
    2 tbsp maple syrup

    120 ml unsweentened vanilla almond milk
    60 ml plain greek yogurt
    1 medium apple (180 g)
    1/2 scoop (20 g) salted caramel protein powder
    10 ml almond butter
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

    240 ml almond milk
    30 ml half and half
    80 ml cottage cheese
    30 ml vanilla syrup
    1 tsp espresso powder
    2 tsp (3 g) cocoa powder

    1/4 tsp rum extract
