用料  

黄油 3/4 杯无盐黄油
甜菊粉 1 大匙
鸡蛋 4个
牛奶 半杯
香草 1小匙
杏仁粉 1杯半
椰子粉 半杯
1/4小匙
泡打粉 2小匙

杏仁粉蛋糕MAGICALLY MOIST ALMOND CAKE的做法  

  1. Preheat oven to 350F,Grease a 9*13_inch cake pan.

  2. Cream together butter and sugar until smooth.Add in eggs,one at a time,and beat until fully blended.

  3. Add milk and vanilla,mix until combined.

  4. In a seperat bowl, combine flours,salt and baking powder.Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Beat until creamy.

  5. Spread battet in prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes.Serve with fresh fruit or whipped cream.
