雞肝 500g
烈白酒或雪莉酒 1杯
胡椒

Pasta Ribbons with chicken liver sauce and white truffes雞肝醬白松露意麵的做法  

  1. 煮意麵

  2. 黃油融化爆香洋蔥,下雞肝變色后倒白葡萄酒,鹽,胡椒,松露

  3. 煮好的面倒入鍋中加幾勺麵湯再煮1min30即可

  4. 出鍋再加一小勺黃油 磨點白松露 和PR
