| bread flour | 2 cup |
| luke warm water | 1 1/12 cup |
| salt | 5/6 teaspoon |
| yeast | 1/6 teaspoon |
| sun flower seeds, etc | less then 1/6 cup |

mix everything together in a large bowl, cover with wrap and let rest for around 18 hrs

fold the dough, and seam side up, let rise for another two hrs

half an hour before the second rise is ready, preheat oven and dutch oven with lid
450 f -
bake with lid on for half and hour, remove the lid and bake for another 15~30 min
