用料  

Mirin 1/4 cup
Sake 1/4 cup
White/yellow miso paste 3 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salmon, trout, Arctic char, Mahi mahi or black cod fillets, 4

Miso - glazed salmon的做法  

  1. Mirin+sake to a small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat.

    Boil 20 sec, turn the heat low and stir in the miso and the sugar.

    Whisk over medium heat without letting the mixture boil until the sugar dissolved.

    加入芝麻油。

    放凉。

  2. 鱼排擦干,双面抹酱料
    腌制2-3 小时至整天。

  3. 预热烤箱,烤盘放橄榄油,鱼皮面向上。

  4. 每面考2-3分钟, 至表面变色。
