Mayonnaise | 1/4 cup |
Grated Parmesan Cheese | 2 Tbsp |
Cayenne (red pepper) | 1/8 tsp |
Lemon juice | 1 Tbsp |
Dry Dill | 1/4 tsp |
Unsalted Crackers or bread crumbles | 1/4 cup |
Garlic powder | 1/4 tsp |
烤箱预热400°F.
Salmon 解冻,用厨房纸吸干水分。时间紧的话就薄薄拍一层干淀粉
混合mayo, cheese, red pepper, garlic powder lemon juice and dill至均匀
将鱼放进浅锡箔烤盘,均匀涂上混合mayo酱料,然后撒上cracker或者面包屑
烤12-15min,中途检查一下不要让cracker烤焦
