用料  

Pinto Beans(cooked, drained) 3 cups
Panko 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
Italian breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
Salsa 1/2 cup
Salt & Pepper
Chili Powder
Garlic Powder
Garlic, minced 4 cloves
Cumin 1 1/2 tsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
Southwestern Mix ~1 dash
Paprika
Red Pepper Flakes

1 small onion, diced
4 small mushrooms, finely diced
Flaxseed(grounded) 2 tbsp
Eggs 2
Whole Wheat Flour 0-2 tbsp

(自留)Beans Patties的做法  

  1. Mix ingredients in the 1st part, season to taste

  2. Add ingredient B, chill in the fridge for 15-20 min

  3. Shape into patties, line on parchment papers.
    Dough might be sticky.

    Makes 16 small patties

    Bake at 350F for 30-45 min

  4. Enjoy
