puff pastry in english in fact. You can use for make all sorts of pies for desserts, but if you want for a meat pie : no problem.

no, it's really different :)
擀面皮的时候面皮破掉了,黄油全挤出来了,黏黏糊糊的满手油,面吸收黄油太快了,然后不得不又加了很多面重新揉在一起,又放冰箱里重新冷藏。耽误了很多时间不说,烦躁中还把脑袋撞到了吊柜上。更加烦躁了😡😡

3 turns, I didn't filmed all. Read the prescription.
I want to use this to make a Mille-feuille and i will need to cut it into some small piece after baking. I wonder what kind of knife will i need.(If i have any grammatical mistakes,i am sorry+_+)

The best is to freeze your Mille Feuille and cut it freezed, more practical. Use a big knife like your have in china
