小米椒 6个
尖椒 4根
花生米 2勺

  1. 如上图备食材。

  2. 先将干米粉冷水下锅煮熟后捞出,过水沥干备用(10-15min)。
    Cook the dried rice vermicelli in cold water until fully cooked, then remove and rinse with water to drain. Set aside.

  3. 料汁:小米椒和尖椒都剁了碎+蒜泥+葱花+2勺生抽+1勺老抽+1勺陈醋+1勺白糖,烧热油淋上搅拌。
