洗净并晾干罗勒,保留叶子,去掉茎。
提前烤熟或小火烘熟松子
Wash the basil , remove and dry the leaves
pre-cook pine nuts with oven or gas.
食物处理器中放入罗勒叶、蒜、帕玛森奶酪、松子、柠檬汁,盐,一半的橄榄油。
启动食物处理器打匀所有食材,然后剩下的一半橄榄油,慢慢从上方放料口倒入,使其完成乳化,停止机器盛出。
Put the basil leaves , garlic, Parmesan (grated), pine nuts , lemon juice, salt,half of olive oil into the big bowl, mix for 1 minute use the food processor to obtain a smooth paste, within the machines running, add the other half of olive oil through the opening until the smooth paste is formed.
