Crispy potatoes from the oven

用料  

potatoes 900g
olive oil 2-3 teaspoons
sea salt and black pepper
garlic powder
parsley powder

Crispy potatoes from the oven的做法  

  1. Put potatoes in a large pot, no need to peel the skin; bring the water to high heat, and turn it lower and let potatoes simmering for 20-25 mins until just tender. Drain them in a colander and cool down for 10 mins

  2. Preheat the oven to 230*C. Place the potatoes on a baking paper.

  3. Baste each potato with 1 teaspoon of oil and sprinkle plenty of salt and pepper. Finally sprinkle a little bit of garlic

  4. Roast potatoes for 25-30 minutes until they are crispy and golden brown. Remove them from the oven and sprinkle them with parsley, salt and pepper.
