Quinoa Soup

Notes for a quick and wholesome dish. Protein, fiber and energy all included. Good with rice as well as alone.

用料  

protein chicken or beef or bacon
vegetable carrot, tomato, celery...
mushroom choose one kind that goes with the meat
garlic some
ginger 2 slides
onion optional
quinoa about 5 tbsp
Italian herbs dry is fine
beans one jar

Quinoa Soup的做法  

  1. Cut all meat and vegetables into small cubes. Cut garlic and ginger. Take a pot and add some water and a jar of beans. Bring to boil.

  2. Stirfry meat with garlic and ginger, then add mushroom and then vegetable cubes. Stirfry a while but stop before the vegetables get fully soften. Add some Italian dry herb and mix well.

  3. Transfer all the stuff to the boiling pot. Add a little bit of black pepper powder. Add quinoa. Boil for 10-15 min.

  4. Add salt and it is ready!
