全麦面:250g(原方子:250g white seed and grain bread flour)、温水:150ml、盐:1小勺(tsp)、糖:1小勺、酵母:1大勺(原方子:1 tsp fast-action yeast)、橄榄油:2大勺(原方子:2 tbsp olive oil,plus extra for oiling)、芝麻:1小把(原方子:a little semolina or polenta,or sesame and poppy seed,for rollling the breadsticks in)、小米:1大把(可有可无)、ps:最后原方子有在表层撒少许海盐我忽略了,因为我个人脚着味道正好
