酸優格 Greek yogurt | 200 g |

莳萝 Dill | 1.5 g |
檸檬Lemon | 一點 few drops |
紅甜椒粉Paprika | 1 pinch |
盐Salt | 1 pinch |
將小黃瓜刨絲 或切絲,薄荷葉和莳萝 切碎, 將優格量好200 克 放進一個碗裡。 Shedded cucumber, chop mint and dill and weight out the yogurt 200g.
將切好的小黃瓜,薄荷葉,莳萝 ,一些盐,一些甜紅椒粉均勻的攪拌再一起。Mix them all together and add some paprika and salt. Mix them throughly with a spoon.
攪拌完後試味道 ,若味道不夠在加入少許的盐或檸檬來調味就完成了。To adjust the flavour with a bit of the lemon or lime juice and a bit more salt and then it’s done .
