用料  

chia seeds(奇亚籽)一份量 2tbsp
液体:
milk/almond milk/soy milk/coconut milk 1/2cup(当配方中没有其他液体时,若有水果要适量减少)
(可以把液体全部换成果汁)
(可选)新鲜水果 草莓/蓝莓 看配方
调味:
枫糖浆/蜂蜜/椰子糖 1-2tbsp
香草精/香草籽 1/4tsp
(可选)有水果时可加柠檬屑 少许
(可选)肉桂粉/豆蔻粉 1/8tsp
(可选)可可粉 适量
(可选)花生酱/杏仁酱 适量
Topping:
新鲜水果 桃子,草莓,蓝莓,苹果,橙子,无花果,香蕉,葡萄,百香果
椰子屑/椰子片
核桃/杏仁/腰果/夏威夷果
橙屑/柠檬屑/青柠屑

<万能公式>Chia seeds pudding (奇亚籽)的做法  

  1. 先说一下具体流程:
    1. 若有用到新鲜水果,将除奇亚籽外其他材料放入榨汁机里搅匀,再加奇亚籽手动搅匀。
    2. 若没有新鲜水果,直接将所有材料用勺子充分搅拌均匀,搅拌至少一分钟 (避免奇亚籽结块)
    3. 放入冰箱至少6小时,最多放3天。
    4. 取出,再搅拌均匀,若太干可加液体稀释。最后加topping装饰一下即可。

  2. 草莓奇亚籽布丁(新鲜水果版):
    2tbsp chia seeds

    液体:100g 草莓,1/3 cup 椰奶
    调味:2tbsp 蜂蜜,1/4tsp 香草精,3/8 tsp 柠檬皮
    topping: 新鲜草莓片,椰子片,坚果等。

  3. 香橙奇亚籽布丁:
    2tbsp chia seeds

    液体:1/2 cup almond milk
    调味:1tbsp maple syrup
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp orange zest
    topping: 1/8 cup 核桃,橙屑

  4. 樱桃腰果酱奇亚籽布丁:
    2tbsp chia seeds

    液体:1/2 cup almond milk,1/8 cup 樱桃
    调味:1/8 tsp 豆蔻粉或肉桂粉,1tbsp maple syrup
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract

    topping:
    腰果酱(1/8 cup of cashews,1/8 cup bing cherries,少许水(调试浓稠度),1/4 tsp vanilla extract,少许maple syrup调甜味,在榨汁机里打匀)
    少许樱桃

  5. 巧克力奇亚籽布丁:
    2tbsp chia seeds

    液体:3/4 cup soy milk, 1/8 coconut milk (液体量增多因为可可粉吸水)
    调味:1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, 2tbsp honey, 1/4 tsp 香草精,(1/8 chai powder/肉桂粉)
    topping: 椰丝,水果,坚果

  6. 也可以再做好布丁之后在另一个罐子底层铺上水果泥,如香蕉泥,或者菠萝,蓝莓果酱等。
