| salt & black pepper | |
| knob of butter | |
| * grated cheese | |
| *chopped chives |

Whisk 2 eggs & 2tbsp milk
salt & black pepper -
In a sauce pan: on & off heat
Melt knob of butter: low heat
pour in the egg: stirring--just set (use a spatula)
*add grated cheese
*sprinkle with chopped chives -
to serve.
