Whisk 2 eggs & 2tbsp milk
salt & black pepper
In a sauce pan: on & off heat
Melt knob of butter: low heat
pour in the egg: stirring--just set (use a spatula)
*add grated cheese
*sprinkle with chopped chives
to serve.
