用料
| 2 cups pasta | |
| 1 onion & 1 celery & 1 clove garlic | finely chopped, minced |
| vegetables of you choice | capsicum, mushrom, peas,corn, broccoli…… |
| 50g butter & 50g plain flour & 600ml milk | |
| 425g can tuna in oil or spring water | drained & flaked |
| finely chopped fresh parsley | |
| 1/2 cup grated cheddar | |
| 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs or chips |

Preheat the oven 180c
Cook the pasta -
In a sauce pan.
Sautee the vegetables: soften
Remove from the heat -
In a sauce pan
Melt 50g butter
Stir in 50g plain flour: 1minutes
Pour in 500ml milk: thickened
*season: add 1/4 cup cheese
salt & pepper
Add finely chopped parsley or dill -
Add the tuna & vegetables
Add the pasta -
In a oven proof dish
Tuna mixture
1/2 cup cheese &
1/2 cup buttered breadcrumbs
Bake: 180c for 15-20 minutes.
