Preheat the oven 180c
Cook the pasta
In a sauce pan.
Sautee the vegetables: soften
Remove from the heat
In a sauce pan
Melt 50g butter
Stir in 50g plain flour: 1minutes
Pour in 500ml milk: thickened
*season: add 1/4 cup cheese
salt & pepper
Add finely chopped parsley or dill
Add the tuna & vegetables
Add the pasta
In a oven proof dish
Tuna mixture
1/2 cup cheese &
1/2 cup buttered breadcrumbs
Bake: 180c for 15-20 minutes.
