BBQ chicken nachos烧烤鸡肉玉米片

用料  

鸡胸肉 2块切丁
玉米片 1袋(13oz装)
紫洋葱 1/2个
番茄 1个
培根 8片
橄榄油 1tsp
1/2tsp
黑胡椒 1/2tsp
大蒜粉 1tsp
辣椒粉 1tsp
烧烤酱 3/4杯
芝士碎 2杯
香芹 2tsp
牛油果 1个
酸奶油 1/2杯

BBQ chicken nachos烧烤鸡肉玉米片的做法  

  1. 先预热烤箱到180℃,备用

  2. 锅内热油,加入鸡肉丁,加入盐,黑胡椒,大蒜粉,辣椒粉,翻炒2-3分钟;加入烧烤酱,直到酱汁浓缩到只有一半,大概五分钟吧,然后离火

  3. 取个大烤盘。摆上一层玉米片,然后加上炒好的鸡肉,切好的洋葱丝,番茄丁,培根片,西芹碎,洒上芝士碎(我用了mozzarella和cheddar),然后可以再加一层玉米片,重复上面操作

  4. 进烤箱,烤15分钟

  5. 拿出来,加上牛油果丁和酸奶油,搞定!!!

  6. 为了更加重口,我还加了jalapeno~

小贴士

原文食谱如下~
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 chicken breasts, finely diced
½ tablespoon Kosher salt
½ tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
¾ cup barbecue sauce
1 13-ounce bag of tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheese blend
½ red onion, finely sliced
1 tomato, diced
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1 avocado, diced

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Cook the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder for two to three minutes. Add the bbq sauce and cook until the sauce has reduced by about half, about five minutes. Remove from heat.
In a large skillet, spread out two large handfuls of tortilla chips. Layer with half of the bbq chicken, followed by half of the cheese, onion, tomato, bacon, and parsley. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Bake for 15 minutes.
Drizzle the sour cream and sprinkle the avocado on top. Serve!
