蒜香茄子Garlic-flavored eggplant

简介

蒜香茄子味美,简单易做,不仅用料少、油烟少、价钱还便宜。
厨具只用一个电饭煲即可搞定,适合租房居住的白领们。
Garlic-flavored eggplant is delicious.Simple and easy to do it,not only with less material,less fumes,the price is also cheaper.
Kichenware only with a rice cooker,very convenient for white-collar renters.

用料  

茄子eggplant 2
花生油peanut oil
大蒜Garlic 1
盐salt
黑芝麻black sesame seed
酱油souce
醋vinegar

  1. 茄子洗净切块,放进电饭煲屉子里,按下快煮键,约十五分钟后取出。

  2. 将大蒜洗净碾碎或者捣成蒜泥。我没有蒜臼子,所以用的简易的榨汁机挤得,效果也很好。

  3. 根据个人口味用小碗调汁,加入酱油、醋、食盐和捣好的蒜泥。用电饭煲或炒锅加热花生油,沸腾后倒入调汁的小碗内。

小贴士

1、也可以用色拉油哦。
2、最后摆盘的时候我加了两片西红柿,可以根据情况改进啊。
