香草精 vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
甘草粉/肉桂粉/小豆蔻粉(绿)licorice powder or ground cinnamon or ground cardamom (green) 1 teaspoon

【生酮ketogenic】黑巧克力花生小方 chocolate peanut squares的做法  

  1. 巧克力和黄油(椰子油)用微波炉或蒸汽融化(可以用蒸锅),然后加入其他的材料,将完全混合的蛋糕糊倒进抹油的烤盘,烤盘内垫上油纸。(大小不超过4*6英寸)Melt the chocolate and the butter or coconut oil in the microwave oven or in a double boiler. If you don’t have a double boiler you can put a glass bowl on top of a pot of steaming water. Make sure that the water doesn’t reach the bowl. The chocolate will melt from the heat of the steam. Mix in all other ingredients and pour the batter into a greased baking dish lined with parchment paper (no bigger than 4 x 6 inches).

  2. 稍微冷却一下,在顶上撒上你喜欢的坚果碎,放入冰箱冷藏。 Let cool for a while and top with finely chopped peanuts if you want. Let cool completely in the refrigerator.

  3. 蛋糕体凝固以后,可用加热的刀将其切成小块,每块1*1英寸,放在冷藏室或冷冻室储存即可。When the batter is set, cut into squares with a sharp knife, no more than 1 x 1 inches. Store in the refrigerator of freezer.

小贴士

If you don’t tolerate peanuts, use almond or hazelnut butter for the chocolate batter, and top with roasted and chopped almonds or hazelnuts. Sesame paste (tahini), roasted sesame seeds and dry unsweetened coconut flakes are also delicious topping options!
