| Salt & pepper | |
| *crushed garlic | |

Cover Potatoes:
with cold & salted water:
boil --simmer for 15minutes.
Drain-cool a little
*Cut into 5mm slices / dice -
Frying pan
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil & butter
Potatoes: golden & crispy
Season
*Add garlic
*Add chopped herbs
