蒜香红酒贻贝 Mussels with Red Wine and Roasted Garlic

用料  

大蒜 garlic 1头
橄榄油 extra virgin Oliver oil
黄油 butter 2 tablespoon
红酒 fruity red wine 1 cup
欧芹 parsley 1/4 cup
盐 salt
贻贝 mussels 1 kg
百里香 thyme 2 sprigs fresh thyme or 1/4 teaspoon thyme powder

蒜香红酒贻贝 Mussels with Red Wine and Roasted Garlic的做法  

  1. 预热烤箱200度。把大蒜切掉上部,抹橄榄油,用锡纸包好,烤45min, 或烤至变软

  2. 在大锅里加 1 tbs 黄油中火加热至化掉,加入百里香和烤大蒜片,烧1-2min,加入红酒和盐调味。煮沸后加入贻贝,加盖烧6-8min

  3. 搅匀贻贝,盛出。将剩余汤加热浓缩至一半后,加入余下的黄油和欧芹。将汁倒在贻贝上。
