Of Argentine origin, 可以用在牛排,沙拉,拌牛油果也很好吃

用料  

Flat leave parsley, minced 1/4 cup
Garlic, minced 4 cloves
Cilantro, minced 1/2 cup
Red wine vinegar 1/4 cup
Lemon wedge, juice 1
Red onion, diced 1 tps
Black pepper 1 tps
Salt 1/2 tps
Dried oregano 1 tps
Extra virgin olive oil 3/4 cup

Chimichurri 汁的做法  

  1. Combine vinegar, salt, garlic and shallot in a medium bowl and let stand for 10 minutes. Stir in cilantro, parsley, and oregano. Using a fork, whisk in oil.

小贴士

For steak:
Separate sauce into equal parts. (Use half for basting or marinade; Use other half for table service).

Avocado, parsley and cilantro, on crostini
