百利甜冻芝士蛋糕

整合三个菜谱并加以调整

用料  

消化饼干 100g
cream cheese 250g
cream 200g
butter 30g
chocolate spread 15g
baileys 85g
caster sugar 50g
milk 150g
coffee powder 4g
gelatins 10g

百利甜冻芝士蛋糕的做法  

  1. Melt butter and cream cheese to soft.
    Grand biscuits

  2. Mix biscuits and soften butter and chocolate spread press it in a 8'cake base, and fridge it to set

  3. Beat soften cream cheese until smooth add baileys, soft gelatins in cold water

  4. Make milk coffee and squished dry gelatins in the milk mixture   

  5. Add coffee mixture into cream cheese, and stir smooth

  6. Beat cream and caster sugar to soft running smooth, and add into cream cheese mixture, add into the base.
