Pie Crust (pre-made) 9''
Fresh Cranberries 2 cups
Water 1/4 cup
Fresh squeezed orange juice 2 teaspoon
Orange Zest 1 teaspoon
Sugar 3/4 cup
All purpose flour 1 teaspoon
unsalted butter 1 teaspoon

Cranberry Tart的做法  

  1. 1) Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, spray a 9” tart pan with a removable bottom with non stick cooking spray and lay in the pie crust. Trim off extra dough and set aside.

    2) In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the cranberries, water, orange juice and orange zest. Bring to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes, add the sugar and flour and cook for 1 more minute or until thickened. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter.

    3) Pour cranberry mixture over the crust and bake for about 30 to
