【江湖菜—麻辣香锅】                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               下午儿子回来早早就吵吵着饿了,饿了,还点名要吃麻辣香锅,还必须要“重辣”。我说,那你写个保证书吧,辣坏了后果自负呦,呵呵~                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               原料:腌制好的鸡翅4个、藕片、土豆片、红薯片、安井牌撒尿牛肉丸、香菇、袋装小尖笋适量                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               调味料:四川德庄麻辣火锅底料、葱姜蒜                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                制备:将牛肉丸煮熟,鸡翅用生抽盐料酒腌10分钟后放入微波炉做熟、蔬菜类洗净切片

四川德庄麻辣火锅底料
葱姜蒜

【麻辣香锅 -- 江湖菜】的做法  

  1. 在锅内放宽油,加入火锅底料爆香,再加入姜蒜炒香,然后依次加入鸡翅和蔬菜煸炒;

  2. 沿锅边倒少许水,加盖焖入味5分钟左右,最后撒上香葱和芝麻出锅装盘。

小贴士

鸡翅可以事先用盐、料酒、鸡精、生抽腌制一下,更入味好吃。
