用料  

Butter 50g
Cream cheese 30g
Wholemeal flour 200g
Baking powder 3tsp
Baking soda 1tsp
Vanilla Essene 1tsp
Brown sugar 3tsp
Baking raisin 20g

德式全麦面包的做法  

  1. Preheat oven to 200°.
    Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar evenly and slowly stir into melt butter and cream cheese(both are normal temperature), and milk.
    Put kneaded dough on greased pan, top a few shallow cuts on the dough.
    Bake for 50-60mins.
