|topping (optional) choc chips or coconut shred|
Preheat the oven-400°F
Mix all wet ingredient in another bowl.
Add step 2 into step 1. Mix until all combined. Do not over beat.
Mix all dry ingredient in a bowl.
Lightly grease the muffin pan (12 pcs) with veg oil. Or line with muffin papercups. Fill the pan 2/3 full.
Bake 16-18 min or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Set for 5 min before remove from the pan. Serve warm.
