用料  

扇贝 8個
White Pepper
蒜蓉豆豉醬 1 tablespoon

蒜蓉豆豉扇貝的做法  

  1. Wash scallops in running water, while boiling water on the stove.

  2. Put scallops into bowl/plate (whatever that can fit all the scallops), and spread white pepper on top of eachs callop.

  3. Wait patiently until they are cooked. Take them out, and apply some 蒜蓉豆豉醬 on top of each scallop.
